First I am going to start small. With a glass of water every morning, and only 1 sugared drink a day!
Then I am going to start talking walks every morning and after noon. Soon one of the walks will turn into a jog then both will be jogs.
Proportion my meals smaller. Drink more water.
Just little changes.
The first will be more water. Especially now in the summer.
A gift from my religion teacher. In the beginning of the year I was reading ‘The Vampire Lestat’ and she asked me about it and we discussed genres of books. She asked me if I read this book and I said I hadn’t. She highly recommended it to me. A few days before school let out she asked if I got it and I told her I am trying but can’t find it. So she got it for me. I am so grateful and happy it’s a lovely gift! I love her so much!
