My new weight loss plan~!!
First I am going to start small. With a glass of water every morning, and only 1 sugared drink a day!  Then I am going to start talking walks every morning and after noon. Soon one of the walks will turn into a jog then both will be jogs.  Proportion my meals smaller. Drink more water.  Just little changes.  The first will be more water. Especially now in the summer.
